Data Scientist & Machine Learning Specialist

BCA is seeking high-caliber data practitioners to empower its Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Division. You will build end-to-end predictive machine learning systems for real-time fraud mitigation, algorithmic credit underwriting, and personalized digital banking journeys.

This position offers direct hands-on access to one of the largest financial transaction data ecosystems in Southeast Asia supported by state-of-the-art supercomputing compute clusters.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Quantitative Physics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and gradient boosting algorithms.
• Demonstrated experience in feature engineering across terabyte-scale transactional data and streaming queues.
• Familiarity with MLOps methodologies (MLflow, Kubeflow, model drift detection) is strongly desired.
• Ability to translate intricate data findings into actionable retail banking business strategies.
