Senior Backend Engineer (Go & Distributed Systems)

PT Telkom Indonesia is inviting high-achieving university graduates and seasoned engineering talents to join as Senior Backend Engineer. In this mission-critical role, you will architect, build, and optimize high-throughput distributed backends serving tens of millions of digital subscribers across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities include microservice decomposition, database query latency minimization, Kubernetes pod orchestration, and event-driven pipeline development.

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering disciplines with min GPA 3.25.
• 3+ years of professional backend engineering experience in Go (Golang) and microservice frameworks (gRPC / REST APIs).
• Solid knowledge of distributed caching (Redis), message queues (Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ), and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• Familiarity with Cloud-Native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automated deployments).
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving skills, and collaborative mindset.
